    I see "See Amount", I am using Patch 1. It does not work. If you click See Amount it downloads and does nothing. If you click State - Start Button, same issue it downloads and does nothing. Every time you click it, it downloads it again.

    I tried the Home/Business version, when I do the state it says it downloads it and it wants to constantly download it. It never lets me enter my state data.

    I tried patch 1, it won't let me switch versions, so I closed the program I tried patch 2, same issue it won't let me switch.

    Where do I go to confirm (file location/name) the version, once I install the updates, it's locked on the registration screen. The message before it said loaded updates for 3/18/22.

    I copied over Patch 2, it loads but from the Help menu, switch product does not do anything
